A. Telework requirements new

March 1 - March 31 Initial requirements of Stakeholders for extension of company workspace.

Outputs: 

a) Analysis of telework readiness of business process planned for telework

b) Redesign of business processes including Telework support processes

c) Definition of Telework implementation project scope. 

B. Organizational preparation for teleworknew

March 26 - April 15 ​Communication to stakeholders moderated by company management involves: Cost benefit analysis. Tangible (business) and intangible benefits (social wellbeing).  Summary communication document includes project objectives, planned timing of the transition of selected business processes for telework.

Implementation criteria:

a) Internal: efficiency, data security

b) External: work safety and employment legislation applicable for the Country of the location of the place of telework. The communication document template is attached.

C. Telework support process developmentnew

March 26 - April 30 Specification of services (sub-processes) and development and/or integration of IT tools and/or platforms supporting digital communication of teleworking users.

D. Implementation of Telework support servicesnew

May 1 - June 30 Workspace Governance: TW process change management, Evaluation, and audit. 

Operations: Onboarding, smart attendance, workplace control, collaboration, Intranet, Task management, TW reporting, Helpdesk... Gradual introduction by business processes.
