The market of digital collaborations platforms and apps is booming. Remote and hybrid work demand is growing - the NEW NORMAL. How to select and maintain the best combination of the IT tools and the real demand and culture of my company stakeholders?

Mission Statement

The core mission of the Telework Process Manager is to instantly manage the optimal collaboration process of the Telework Stakeholders in the extended company workspace which includes office and remote locations

Who will manage this holistic multidisciplinary process?

This effort shall involve management of innovation and operations for extended workspace process.

Implementation and innovation of collaboration support services in the context of:

  • stakeholders' requirements
  • technology trends
  • workplace policy legislation

Regular evaluation of the efficiency, security and workplace safety of the collaboration process based on feedback received from the key stakeholders and independent evaluators.

Propose solutions to company management for facilitating win-win business and social benefits of all stakeholders from extended workplace collaboration

Positioning of this managerial function will depend on the size and the scope of extended collaboration services of the company. However, the function must have a cross-departmental scope with competencies to create and to manage multidisciplinary project and services teams

Our course delivery approach

Telework is a new business process of the organization which should ensure safe and efficient collaboration of digital workplace participants. The core mission of the Telework Process Manager is to facilitate and coordinate the implementation and daily operations of this process

The course delivery follows the common Teleworking process model involving 7 activity groups starting with scope of work of the teleworker up to his/her access to central company systems. This common model can be customized to the learner specific scenarios during an online coaching lecture/session after the presentation of each activity group

This course is a collaborative platform. Participants can be both learners and co-creators (innovators) of the course content

What will you learn in this course?
Method: Learning in the job

You will learn how to manage the implementation and daily operations the Telework Process on the example of a sample company.

The course modules M1-M7 are structured according to the activity groups of the generic TW process.

For each telework activity will learn in self-study mode:

  • methods of the whole TW process or activity implementation
  • relevant activity content in terms of process specifications. (You will learn also how to update them)
  • methods of structuring the collaboration knowledge of telework users (Intranet)
  • available IT apps and platforms on the market to support efficiency of TW activity operations

Interactive learners are provided with additional opportunities:

  • resources on latest trends and best practices related to the activity domain.
  • 60 minutes live or recorded webinars with the Moderator (expert of the given TW domain), answering your specific questions. Participate in these webinars on the Telework Manager Circle collaboration platform.
  • Get Certificate of Attendance or Diploma based on their learning results (assignments) presented in these webinars.

In module M8, we can also assist you in customization the generic TW process to the specific needs of your company.

BSc., BA. or similar level

Experience in working as an employee

in a government or business organizations

Digital literacy, technical writing skills
